Hi, I’m Paige Jehnke.

What draws me to estate management is the opportunity to steward exceptional properties with the same precision, foresight, and operational discipline that has defined my career in engineering.

I have built my career around managing complex systems and high-value assets in environments where reliability, discretion, and seamless execution are non-negotiable. As a Port Engineer in Pearl Harbor, I oversee multimillion-dollar maintenance programs, coordinate vendors and contractors, and manage infrastructure systems that must perform without interruption.

“Exceptional properties require exceptional stewardship.”

What excites me most about this transition is the opportunity to apply that same level of care to private estates — from land and infrastructure management to vendor oversight, preventative maintenance, and long-term asset planning.

My background as a former business owner also gives me a strong foundation in leadership, budgeting, staff coordination, and creating systems that run smoothly behind the scenes.

“I do my best work where complexity lives quietly beneath the surface.”

This transition is not a restart. It is a natural evolution of the work I have already been doing: protecting assets, leading operations, and ensuring every detail is managed with care.

I am seeking opportunities to oversee exceptional properties where infrastructure, land stewardship, and owner experience are equally valued.

My Approach

The highest standards don't maintain themselves -- they are built, staffed, and sustained with intention. My approach begins with understanding exactly what excellence looks like for each principal and each property, then constructing the team, the systems, and the rhythms to deliver it consistently. Great estates run on great planning: the right people, the right protocols, and the foresight to stay three steps ahead so that every arrival, every event, and every ordinary day unfolds exactly as it should.

Discrestion

Trust is earned through consistency, not promised through credentials. Every principal, family member, and guest can expect absolute privacy -- in every conversation, every vendor relationship, and every aspect of daily estate life. That commitment doesn't waver based on who is watching.

Operational Excellence

A world-class property deserves world-class care. I bring deep technical knowledge across the full range of estate systems -- infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, grounds, and the curated network of specialists who serve them -- paired with the organizational discipline to keep everything running beautifully, on budget, and ahead of schedule.

No Request Too Large

The needs of a principal rarely fit a job description. A great estate manager doesn't defer. They deliver. Whether a request falls squarely within my expertise or requires sourcing the right specialist, contractor, or resource, the answer is always yes. My value is not in what I can do alone. It is in knowing how to get anything done.

The Work I am

Built For

  • Overseeing the full operation of a private residence or multi-property portfolio, from vendor coordination and preventative maintenance to staff management and owner experience.

  • Managing the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and infrastructure systems that keep an exceptional property performing at its best. First on the ground when something needs attention, and the one planning ahead to make sure it rarely does. Experienced in preventative maintenance programs, repair planning, and major project oversight from scope through completion.

  • Bringing an engineering and logistics mindset to environments where reliability, discretion, and seamless execution are the standard. Experienced in managing vendors, contractors, and security operations, with a background that extends to event planning and voyage logistics for private and government assets.

  • Coordinating maintenance programs, contractor teams, and technical scopes for high-value vessels and waterfront infrastructure. Comfortable managing complex marine environments where the margin for error is small and the assets are irreplaceable.

  • Building and leading small, high-trust teams where clear communication, accountability, and a quiet culture of excellence are non-negotiable. Most at home managing people who take pride in doing things right the first time.
